"For a cheap style hotel located on the far outskirts of Hanoi it was surprisingly good. The rooms are large, air-conditioned and have two big double beds (hard matresses) and a small private bathroom (a bit run down but good hot water). Room even has a smart TV....but that's about it. Located in a very quiet street but very limited food options, especially after dark. We used it as a stop over from Cat Ba to SaPa which was ideal. Much better than the over populated and way too busy Hanoi Old...

"예약 후 방문했음에도 불구하고 예약 확인이 안되어 30분 정도 기다릴수 밖에 없었고... 빌라에 도착했는데 청소중이라 바닥에는 물기가 그대로 있었으며 10분 넘게 또 기다릴수 밖에 없었습니다. 그리고 에어컨 내부 청결상태가 불량했고 침대 및 이불은 사용하기 싫을 정도였습니다. 좋은 위치, 풍경, 가격대의 고품질 빌라로써 개선을 했으면 좋겠네요"

"Exactly what it says this is. Airport hotel. There is nothing in the area by way of restaurants or other amenities. Very nice hotel for what it is, but you're in the hotel and that is it. Pool is really nice though"

"What an absolutely fantastic establishment! From the moment you step in - in fact, the welcome starts even before you enter the hotel - to wonderful facility itself and the AMAZING staff, your stay here would be a very memorable one. As soon as my taxi pulled up at the location, members of the staff came outside to greet me and help me with my luggage. This was followed by a refreshing welcome drink and fruit as you were being checked in by personnel at the front desk. Louisa, the team member who welcomed me, was so knowledgeable in her details of the hotel and the surroundings area, that I immediately wanted to start exploring. Throughout my stay, the staff was always so attentive to my needs, charming in their approach, and friendly in our interactions. I never felt like a guest, but more like a member of a family. Every question was answered, every need met. I accidentally turned on the "do not disturb" button one day when I was going out to explore, and upon my arrival, realized my room was not cleaned. I called the front desk, and they immediately selt someone up - after 8pm at night! The hotel has the most varied breakfast menu, boasting a range of western and vietnamese dishes. Everything was tasty and wonderfully presented (Vanforie was especially delightful and ever so helpful). I can't say enough about this wonderful hotel and it's team, including Rose (a darling), Jason (fantastic mixologist) and the team manning the door (so professional). Book it now!"

"Beautiful apartments and lovely staff, welcoming but not intrusive and the apartments had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. There is currently construction around the hotel which might be a bit noisy if you were just wanting to relax by the pool all day but couldn’t hear it at all in the room. Grab was always there in less than 5 minutes to go anywhere, and breakfast has a great selection!"

The staff members are exceptionally friendly, warm, and deeply caring. The service here is highly personal—I love that the staff acknowledges me by name, which makes every interaction feel incredibly special and memorable. Even the small details are handled with immense care. For instance, whenever I walk through the lobby, the staff always makes sure to personally call and open the lift for me. That same exceptional hospitality extends upstairs to the Club Lounge. The lounge team took such wonderful care of me, anticipating my needs with genuine warmth and helpfulness. If you want top-tier service, fantastic amenities, and a team that genuinely cares about your experience, I cannot recommend the Daewoo enough."
