"This was our second time staying here and we stayed for a full week. Fully enjoyed the time away from home. I did a lot of fishing and my wife did some crafting. Enjoyed a fire down by the lake with roasted hotdogs and s'mores. Grilled for dinner a couple of times also. Other nights we brought pre-prepared meals. It's a great getaway out away from the cities. Be prepared to relaxed and enjoy!"

"The good: Communication with the host was excellent throughout the whole process! The beds and couches were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels and pillows. The inside of the house was very clean. The value we got for the money was incredible! The bad: Upon arrival, there was a lot of trash in the yard which wasn't super welcoming. I ended up picking up what I could see. The garbage appeared to have not been taken out in weeks and smelled terrible. There was also a strange...

"Beautiful quaint cabin! Had everything you could need. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay."

"Cool renovated property that keeps that old fashioned charm. Spacious living with all the amenities you need for a vacation stay."

"High quality room, with farm privacy and atmosphere. We would recommend it and stay there again. Only one thing: The ladder to the loft bedroom is quite steep. My wife struggled a bit with it. But then, she is in her late 60's. Nevertheless, a good place that we will recommend. A/C worked well, and was needed. Room very clean. We hardly saw staff, which was fine, as we enjoyed our privacy."

"Was worth the amount I was charged. The owner was very nice and accommodating. I had one minor issue but was resolved in a matter of minutes. They were very fast in responding to me. Would definitely recommend and I will be staying any time I go back to Cape Girardeau "

"Very clean, quiet, well stocked and ready for your next stop to R&R. Large deck to relax on with field for your furry friends to explore a bit. Wildlife is able to be seen- early mornings are the best. Bird watching is also great here! Go hit the shops around town, hike in the many places to visit and come back to fire the grill up and relax in the hot tub. Would highly recommend this for a touch of nature not too far from towns reach."
