"This hotel is 10/10. Our check in was smooth (we found out later it was actually the GM who checked us in), the hotel common areas and room are very clean (and I’m picky about cleanliness), we had a spacious corner room, and the bed was very comfortable. The complimentary champagne at check in was a nice touch. We were celebrating our anniversary, and the hotel left chocolate covered strawberries in our fridge! The on site hotel had a fun and delicious array of tiki-themed drinks and food; so good, in fact, that we chose to dine there for dinner instead of one of Asheville’s Miriam of other hotels. The hotel also offered complimentary transportation, provided by a very sweet and personable driver. "

"The stay was great. The price was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the Breakfast was amazing with real eggs and sausage and pancakes and the check in and out was very smooth. They were doing renovations in the parking lot, but they didn't make any noise during sleep time. Highly recommend this hotel."

"The room was clean and comfortable. At first, I was disappointed because I was in a queen bedroom and the bed was very soft and I have to have a firm bed. But I switched over to the other bed and luckily it was firm. Good overall"
