Villas in Millaniya

"We stayed here twice in a week. The rooms were very nice and clean, and the location as well. One of the few good quality accommodations near beruwala. This villa is owned by a very nice family, who were so accommodative, and helped us and we're very flexible. They also prepared good breakfast and provided nice conversation. Highly recommend for travellers and business in the area. "

"Our recent stay at this peaceful oasis in Colombo was nothing short of delightful. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and kindness by the incredible staff - especially Samantha, who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. The serene ambiance, coupled with a beautifully maintained pool, made for the perfect escape from the city's hustle. Whether it was lounging by the water or indulging in the delicious food, every moment felt like a refreshing retreat....

"A delightful country, area, house and hosts. The location of Fortress de Jyaweera was perfect a special mix of tranquility at the property and walking distance to the village, beach and restaurants. From welcome to departure Indrani and Nimal were excellent. We enjoyed the trips (optional) that were organised and had some awesome experiences. Holiday memories we will not forget. "

"Wonderful and comfortable but the F&B prices based on the service level and hotel are fairly high compared to other luxury properties in the area. "

"From arrival to departure everything was great. The staff are absolutely fantastic. We had all our meals there. Everyone was fantsic with great fresh ingredients. Great pool too."

"One of the nicest boutique hotels we have ever stayed in. Luxurious, stylish, comfortable - felt like an oasis in the middle of Colombo. Exceptionally nice and helpful staff. Highly recommended."

"This was the nicest holiday I have ever had ! The villa was absolutely stunning, immaculately clean and the staff Nuwan and Sandou could do enough to make us feel welcome . We will definitely go back 👍"

"This place is a true hidden gem and we are so glad that we stayed here. The Staff were excellent and the food was outstanding - we were really impressed by the level of service and attention throughout our stay and would definitely come back here next time. Thank you again!"

"Very attentive staff. Had trouble with outside transportation but it was great the last day."

"Nice place. Excellent quality and facilities"

"The house is spacious and feels safe, which we appreciated. However, it was very dirty and dusty when we arrived. The kitchen sink, toilets, and floors were not clean, and the bedsheets had not been changed. Unfortunately, the cleanliness did not meet expectations."

"Our family s(7 adults, 2 children) stayed in this spacious villa for 3 nights. Rooms were clean but not the kitchen. Next day when we needed to iron , there was a problem with the outlet. The host took care of the problem providing an extension cord. Host seemed very friendly, thinking about comforts of guests. Communicated well. There were few problems. Both sharing bath rooms couldn’t be locked. We were okay because all rooms were occupied by our family. This villa can be improved with a...

"We had a wonderful stay at the Flower Road Villa! There are three bedrooms upstairs with king beds and en suite bathrooms; this is the space with air conditioning. The living areas downstairs are spacious and take advantage of indoor/outdoor continuity. The location was quiet and well situated to get around Colombo. Most impressively the staff was fantastic. They are on site 24 hrs per day and can prepare homemade meals using organic produce when requested. The staff was so helpful with my...
