"The Apartment was actually a nice spacious unit. Large bathroom with Spa and washer and dryer facilities. Shower screen needs the limestone residue cleaned. The beds were good, extra pillows and blankets stored in the wardrobe was appreciated. Clean kitchen and with full facilities. Ceiling fan in main bedroom overdue to clean the fan blades. Power overloaded and lost power in the evening, office open on Saturdays until 7pm noted in the booklet, office closed at 6.50pm when requested assistance about the power outage. Staff member requested through intercom how to put the power back on, but that should not be the customer's responsibility. Customer service I would rate one star."

"Our room at the Presidential was far beyond our expectations. The room was spacious and very clean, the bed was comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It is next door to one of the best deli's, butcher, laundromat, hair dresser and Chemist King. Just past this is the Western Tavern. We would stay here again if wanting a bed for the night in Mt Gambier."

"The apartment was pet friendly and location was perfect with property at beachfront and hotel and cafe amongst neighboring properties. Beachport is a lovely quiet beacfront town which has plenty of visitors during the day."

"A great property for our large group. Having stayed at No Vew a number of times, communication with the host has always been excellent, this stay was just the same. Highly recommended, but did miss the video game machine."
