"I have had previous experiences with other VRBO hosts that were more responsive. The house was not clean: cigarette butt found in the bedroom, refrigerator handles were sticky, the towels were folded but damp/wet, left over coffee in the coffee pot."

"We rented this house during a dance competition that was being held at a local high school. The competition was about 15 minutes away so this location fit perfectly. Upon checking into the house, we were very surprised at the amount of steps to get to the house and that that was not listed initial listing. "If you're looking for a nice stay, in a tight city, this is the place! My husband and I stayed for two nights and it was a very comfortable. For being in the middle of the city it was very quiet. The shower was the absolute highlight. The only downside was you'll hit your head on the A frame ceiling once in a while 😉"

"This home was perfect for our family gathering. We were in the area for a Family event. We needed 5 bedrooms and this home was nice and spacious. We loved the kitchen! We all felt at home. We could have used a larger dining room table and more chairs, but we used the kitchen island which definitely helped with the extra seating. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean and the kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. Great location and it was a quiet street. "

"Appearance of space looked ok with the exception of those first floor floors. The bathroom in the basement flooded three times. Then we found roaches and ants. Had to call various times complaining and after writing back and forth, they finally credited someone minimal for the grief we went through. Unsatisfied!!!"

"Overall we were very pleased with our stay! The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. There is a wide open park area within walking distance. The location is very convenient off of the main roads and near shopping. There were a couple of things that would have made our stay better, but after speaking with the owner directly, he has already implemented all of our suggestions so there is no need to mention them. "Owner does not have good communication did not respond to my messages it took two hours to bring me the keys to enter the house as soon as I entered the house was not the same as the photos in the ad the bathroom did not work I informed the owner of this and he did not solve anything and he was even rude to say if I did not like it just cancel it at the end I paid to stay for 7 days he changed the checkout date and did not refund me the difference. It was the worst experience I could have"

"No Complains. Too many additional features like Wild Animals in the Backyard. Rabbits, Deers, Koi Pond, Hot Water SPA outdoor with many Water Jets and a Creek with Running Water that Runs to Dismal Swamp."
