"The setup was great. As I’m familiar with the area, it was a good value in comparison to hotels/motels in the area. The community is quiet. The unit is to the back of the house, with cameras for security. It’s not a 5 star hotel. But, it definitely served it’s purpose. The property is approximately 4 minutes to NJ Turnpike/Goethall’s Bridge. While the owner has a sense of humor with the posting, there are no amenities. It’s not waterfront, or beach accessible. The only complaint is that there...

"This place is a scam and no good for families. The pictures do not reflect the condition. Furniture is broken, no utensils and not clean. Do not book this place and run away from it. Had to re-book on another hotel the same night. "

"We visited our son who lives in Morristown and stayed in this lovely apartment that is fully renovated! The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. The location is so close to the downtown and worked out perfectly for us. We will stay here again if it’s available!"

"We enjoyed our stay. The location was great for us since we have family nearby. The first floor worked well…the kitchen is up to date and functional. The second floor bed set up wasn’t ideal - the double bed should be set up better to have 3 functional bedrooms. The only other comments are we missed having a w/d and the router signal was weak which affected tv transmission. Overall, we had a very enjoyable visit."

"Owner does not have good communication did not respond to my messages it took two hours to bring me the keys to enter the house as soon as I entered the house was not the same as the photos in the ad the bathroom did not work I informed the owner of this and he did not solve anything and he was even rude to say if I did not like it just cancel it at the end I paid to stay for 7 days he changed the checkout date and did not refund me the difference. It was the worst experience I could have"

"We had a great time here and would book again. Very clean and spacious great for our large group and everyone was able to have their own space with a great kitchen and living room area."

"We were 11 people in this oasis. We appreciated the two floors and the two indoor parking spots. The property was very clean and well equipped. 2 showers and 3 restrooms were a must for 11. The property is about 15-20 minutes away by walk from North Elizabeth station. The train ride is about 30 minutes to NY Penn Station."

"This location was as advertised and convenient to all the area has to offer. It was a great home base and the owner was very accommodating and lovely."

"It was great! The fridge was not perfectly cleaned but it’s okay. It wasn’t too bad. I just wished it was stocked with cleaning supplies and/or a mop because I like tidying up before leaving a vacay rental. The living room remote was missing but we figured out how to control the TV from our phones using the WiFi. There were no major issues! I might stay there again!"
