"We stayed in one of their 2 Viken lodges. It was huge and easily big enough to accommodate all of us with loads of space for kids to run about and explore. Floor to ceiling Windows and and a gabled roof gave stunning views down the valley to the estuary from both floors. The accommodation was modern and stylish and even had its own sauna. The onsite pool was free to use and warm and clean, a good size. Slight hiccup at check in was sorted out well and we were allowed to stay an extra night in...

"The caravan is on a very clean delightful site. You are in the lakes but feel like you are on a beach holiday, so best of both worlds. Nice plot near the Children's park. Tidy caravan with everything you need. Met the staff on site, very helpful. Gorgeous homemade ice cream hut near the beach and has its own bar with entertainment. Owner excellent with communication, everything you need for a family holiday. All you need in Millom including Tesco's and eateries. Food deliveries even to caravan....

"250 year old house very quaint and extremely warm,, does require some updating re oven, microwave, sofas, Bathroom silicone, and 4 new mattresses needed, house is lovely and spacious, with only a short drive away to the beach and town you certainly need your own mode of transportation to venture around. We managed to explore the lakes, beach and some beautiful towns from here, there are also lots of walks and local beauty spots, the village itself doesn’t have anything in it only a cafe and...
