Important to Note: This home does not allow pets. The gas fireplace is operable from September to May. The waterfall feature runs on a limited schedule from May to November and is shut off and winterized from December to April. Satellite Wi-Fi may be limited, especially in inclement weather. While 4WD is not required, a high-clearance vehicle is strongly recommended due to the gravel road access.
