"We loved staying at Captain’s House. Seriously so quiet, cozy and clean. We were in the Trenholm Suite and it couldn’t have been better. TV in both rooms with daybed in second room. Beautiful views. We felt like we were staying at our family’s home it was so comfortable. Nice light breakfast delivered outside your door in the morning. We walked to the square and our car stayed parked the entire time. We will stay here again next visit to Granbury. Thank you to our host!!!"

"The Captain's Suite is perfect for a "couples get away weekend". The historic home is filled with beautiful furniture, fixtures, and art. It is only a 3 block walk to the Historic Granbury Square. The suite had everything we needed. King bed with very nice linens. Huge walk in shower with bench (bath soap and shampoo included). Best of all were the gracious hosts, Tony and Tina. "I stayed one night in this wonderful bed & breakfast! I was meeting friends at the square for an after work get together. The outdoor area served a very lovely setting for myself and my co-workers after we closed down the bars downtown! "I cannot say enough positive about our stay here. It was a last minute booking for us, and host when above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. I will, and have already, recommend this gem to anyone looking to stay in the Weatherford area. The hacienda was charming, the garden and pool were the relaxing break we were looking for, and the rural neighborhood was secluded while still being close enough to civilization to offer fun amenities."

"We very much enjoyed our stay of 2 nights. My 86 mother and I wanted to fish and this rental had easy access to a wonderful dock. Everything we needed was provided and more. The bedrooms are nice, 2 king beds a plus. The only missing upgrade would be in the bathroom in the front of the home. The shower is old and showerhead was way too short for anyone over 5’9. I did not go in the other bathroom so can’t speak to that one."
