"I was in the stairwell coming down from my floor, and thankfully my mom was on the other side of the door waiting for because when I went to exit the stairwell, I grabbed the door handle and it broke right off. "

"There is paid parking at a motel, can you believe it! Also, the carpets were musty and dusty, the elevator was 30 years too old. The decor was straight out of the 1970s. The keycard for the doors would reset after every use and need to be set to the room by the staff. Lights in the room did not function. There was a box of condoms in the cabinet. There were living cockroaches in the washroom too. The breakfast was pain inducing and barely edible."

"Every time I come to the Bay Area I stayed at the Good Nite Inn for several days. It is practical as it is next to 101. For longer stay towels are changed every day but this time the garbage were not emptied and the coffee not replenished. I have noticed the room has been painted and they have added new patio furniture. Clean place friendly staff."
