"I had an excellent stay here with some of my out-of-state family. There are too many positives to point out, and I'll try to only mention just a few: I really appreciated the spacious and well-equipped kitchen and kitchen area layout, including the nearby screened porch, which was a good place for the kids to hang out while we were prepping meals. Of course we loved our time on the water and really appreciated the selection of boats and life jackets (and water shoes!) of all sizes. At the current water level, the area by the dock was shallow enough that adults could stand and the kids felt comfortable working on their swimming skills there. The property felt private and secluded enough that we weren't bothering anyone with any noise we made and vice versa. The roads to the property are quiet and were fun to run/walk. The library has something for everyone! I appreciated that it was pet-friendly. We made a couple trips to Burlington, and the drive to/from the property felt pretty easy."

"Chad is THE MAN!An absolutely charming place to stay if you’re in Vermont in the Milton area. Even if you’re in Burlington, Rutland…I would recommend this place to stay. The apartment is neat, it’s clean, It’s fully stocked with everything that anyone will need to have a very enjoyable stay . A full kitchen a nice TV room and a breakfast room with a bedroom that has a queen bed and a nice bathroom. The host could not be more gracious, and it is a charming view sitting on the porch looking at the river right across the road. Also, within 10 minutes, you can head out and see Lake Champlain. I cannot give these folks enough credit. They are absolutely honest in what they advertise it is exactly what you get.Well done, Chad!"

"We had an absolutely wonderful time at this property. Spent endless hours on the lake kayaking and swimming. Amenities are fantastic with a great firepit on the beach, hot tub and a wonderful barbecue and smoker. Lots of board games to keep everyone entertained in addition to the tennis and pickleball.Really faultless property and magical stay!"

"Beautiful well-kept lakeside retreat! Excellent for families, lots of toys and things to keep kiddos busy. Well-stocked kitchen. Grill was easy to use. Overall a wonderful stay. We hope to be back!"

"This charming cabin in the woods had all the modern amenities you hoped for and away from TV's. The place had games, puzzles and outdoor gear to keep my children happy and mostly off their screens. I even saw them playing battleship with the lanterns on the covered porch- What a great memory! The downstairs shower was hot, clean and easy to use. The upstairs bathroom wasn't really pumping out hot water but it wasn't too big of an issue to go downstairs to the other shower. Beds were awesome, clean, soft and cozy! I would absolutely come back here! "
