"We stayed 4 days. 3 nights at the resort. The pictures show a full kitchen for a junior suite which is a lie. The hotel had to upgrade my room to a 2 bedroom because I bought hundreds of dollars of groceries to feed my family because I thought I booked a suite with a kitchen. It was inconvenient for my family to have to check out at 11am from one room and check back in to the upgraded room. Thank you Joselyn for honoring the upgrade. Hotels.com you should make sure your pictures are accurate on your site that shows exactly what the amenities are for each room. "

"I know it’s an older property. And it’s absolutely not 5 star. But for an older property it was better than what I anticipated. It was clean, with comfortable beds, good water pressure and a good shower head. The room had a fridge, a coffee maker, clean towels and linens and the property is in a good location and staff were polite and efficient. "
