Very clean place with comfortable rooms. The only reason I can think of for the price to be so low is that Milton Freewater doesn’t have much going for it, but Morgan Inn & Suites is only fifteen minutes out of Walla Walla and surrounded by excellent restaurants. The family that runs it is great, very helpful and pleasant without being overbearing. The free breakfast is a little slim but perfectly adequate with fresh fruit, yogurt, baked goods, and cold cereal.

I was a little leary of booking here because the price was so low. I took a chance because of the great reviews and we were not disappointed. This is a Motel style building which can be a pro or a con depending on preference. I personally like being able to park right outside the room. It makes unpacking and packing much easier. The room was extremely clean and everything in it was in working order. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioner did an excellent job of holding a comfortable temperature without being overly loud. The refrigerater worked well. It was still a mini fridge but it was on the larger side of the mini fridge range and actually kept things cold. Not like the cheap tiny refridgerators in most hotels. There was a microwave and coffee maker as well but we didn't use the coffeee maker. The staff at check in and check out were friendly and this appear to be a family run business, which I like. Breakfast was OK. Not the greatest that I have had but for a hotel breakfast they had a fairly decent selection and everything was fresh. My daughter races in Walla Walla quite a bit and we have stayed at many hotels there. This hotel is only about 15 minutes drive from Walla Walla, is half the price of hotels there and cleaner than a lot of them. Overall this hotel was a great deal and we will definitely stay here again when my daughter has sporting events in the area. It's worth the extra drive if you are going to be in the Walla Walla area.
