About this property

1BR condo, 1st floor. FREE kayaks and bikes. Huge deck with ocean views.

  • This is a first floor unit of a beachfront house located right next to Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge. 20 min drive from Lewes, Rehoboth beach & Dewey beaches.

    The place is great for families with kids of all ages. Large front yard (facing the ocean) is perfect for family fun, volleyball, campfire, or grilling. Fishing and kayaking are popular water activities in the area.
    Broadkill Beach convenience store within walking distance,
    Shopping center ~ 10 min drive.

    We provide bikes and kayaks at not charge. You will need to sign liability waiver.

    Sleeping accommodations :
    - Bedroom 1 - Queen bed and Daybed with rollout (2 twin beds);
    - Living room - Large pull out sofa bed.

    We supply sheets and towels for your stay. Guests can choose to bring their own linens are towels. Washer and dryer are shared with another unit. Your timeslot for laundry is 8am - 2pm.

    Outside shower with hot water.
    Small children are welcome, but the home is not baby proofed. Smoking inside the house is prohibited.

    We DO NOT allow pets of any kind. Thank you for understanding!
