Mid-Century Modern Retreat with Pool – Beaches, Breweries & Parks

Unwind in style at this mid-century modern escape at Red Mill Pond. With its private pool, open design, and curated retro décor, the home is as comfortable as it is eye-catching. Perfectly located near the beaches, and bike paths.

Our home is newly furnished and has vintage MCM touches throughout!

INTERIOR:

Living Room - Two couches, two chairs and a 75” smart tv.

The Atomic Sip - shake up those mixologist vibes! Bar station and seating for two. ‘Vintage’ Bluetooth Smart speaker.

Bedroom 1 - Master with en suite, queen bed and 55” smart tv. Full closet and dresser.

Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, 55” smart tv, full closet and dresser.

Bedroom 3 - Two twin trundle beds that are convertible to two queens. NO tv, full closet.

Sunroom - Queen-sized convertible sofa and 65” smart tv. Reading nook for two.

EXTERIOR:

Fenced Back Yard, Back Deck, Patio and Pool area. Pool is winterized during the off-season Nov-May.

Make use of the entire home, patio and pool (in season). Smart lock access. Each bedroom has half of the closet space reserved for the owners. Garage and shed are not accessible. If garage use is required, please contact us for arrangements.

There are exterior cameras mounted on the property. In addition to the doorbell camera there is also a camera that oversees the pool/patio space. This is NOT actively monitored but since the pool is not fenced in, it is a requirement of our insurance policy.
We kindly request that guest remove shoes inside of the home.
