Newly built house located on the bay

Wake up to the waves rolling in. This house has the best views of Escambia Bay. The house was built in mid 2021. It has a great open floor plan. You can see the water as soon as you step through the door. There is a big sliding glass door you can open up to bring the outdoors in. This home has a big sitting patio to enjoy the view just off the back of both the first and second story. The bottom level of the house is a large open area, great for hosting parties, playing cornhole, or cooking on the grill. There is also a prive dock with a shaded sitting area. Feel free to bring your fishing gear and fish or just hang out and enjoy the outdoors. It is just a 30 minute boat ride to Ft. Pickens and Ft. McRee. If you like to fish you have come to a great spot. You will see mullet jumping and dolphins playing in your backyard. If you bring your boat, there is a great public boat ramp less than 5 minutes away and a high powered water hose to flush your boat after a day spent on the water, or keep it anchored in the back yard so its ready to go wakeboard, tube, or fish again the next day. It also has 3 parking spaces under the house itself, as well as room for at least 4 more vehicles in the driveway. It is a 20 minute car ride to downtown Pensacola if you are wanting to shop or get some great fresh seafood. High speed internet is available, gas appliances, and fenced in yard for your pets. If you run out of things to do here, there is also a park with a walking trail, basketball goals, and playground for the kids at the entrance to the road. There is also a kayak available to use with lifejacket. This home is everything you are looking for if you are wanting a relaxing getaway.

Peaceful and Quiet Getaway

Dobson Family - weekend getaway

Our soccer weekend turned into a mini vacation. The house was beautiful and spacious. The weather and water was too rough for watersports, but we caught a few catfish. We will plan to bring our dog next trip. Cute quiet street on the bay!!

Amazing Stay

We had an amazing stay, the home was prefect, very clean and had everything you could possibly need. The location is great, close to beaches, downtown, and many stores and restaurants. We loved the water views and spending time on the dock listening to the waves. Would definitely like to stay here again in the future.

Lovely bay front home

Lovely water front home with long pier for sun sets and fishing. Home is roomy and well stocked. Easy access to all the local destinations - Pensacola, Navarre and Milton. Host is very supportive and available for questions or issues. Highly recommended for family or friends get away.

Bayside Bliss

I’ve rated this property and property manager before but simply cannot say enough good things about both. In fact, if this property is not available when we want to travel, we simply reschedule our travel plans. The place is super peaceful but close to everything and we love waking up to the dolphins and other sea life. This time we were lucky enough to see two eagles! Heather and Faith are fantastic and very helpful. We will be back!

Calm Amidst the Storm

We had plans to come down when we learned of Hurricane Helene. Heather provided details on the weather and was very accommodating. We stayed here last September and loved it then however there were improvements made since our last visit. Lovely house, lovely hostess, lovely visit. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Fantastic Bayside Retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday visit! Spacious & so very comfortable. Beautifully decorated for Christmas! We were fortunate to have a sunny, 75 degree day on Christmas so we had our morning coffee on the swings out on the dock watching fish jump out of the water, many different water fowl and a couple locals out on their jet ski's playing! We hope to return soon! Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to enjoy this home!

Beautiful property - best host!

Heather made the entire booking seamless from start to finish. She was so gracious and accommodating and always available for any questions. The home is gorgeous, clean, and modern. The property is set back in a quiet neighborhood, but close to everything you may need during your stay. Literally no complaints! Best experience staying away I've had!

Breathtaking location and lovely home

If I could give it more stars i would! From the incredible sights and sounds of the calm bay to the beautifully decorated and sparking clean home there is literally nothing more one could ask for than this gem of a location. Everything about it was a true blessing to pur family. The owner is so responsive and helpful which was so nice on our family's first ever trip away. I came for work but almost felt like i was on vacation because of the setting. Thank you to our host. We will remember this w joy forever.

A true vacation!

When walking into the home it smelled amazing. Everything was EXTRA clean and Heather even left a cute little welcome surprise for us since it was our anniversary trip. At first I was a little disappointed to see that there was no TV in the master as I usually watch TV before bed. But because there is literally a mini library in the home, I went and found a good book to read and just enjoyed the silence. It really made it feel like a true vacation. Heather was super quick to respond to requests.... we actually locked ourselves out once and she had us back in the room within minutes. They also have everything you need in the home so no need to buy all the mini toiletries which I really appreciated. Last but certainly not least, I have never stayed anywhere where the owner didn't give you a laundry list of things you need to do before you leave. Again, this was so refreshing and made it feel like a vacation. We would definitely stay here again.

Home Away from Home

This house has everything you could possibly need. It was well stocked with daily items such as napkins, soap, TP, dishes, towels and things to make life easy. The dock goes far out into the water where you can catch fish all day every day. I have no clue how many different types of fish my dad and son caught, they even fished in the rain. The swing and hammock are so nice and relaxing with the salty breeze. The sunsets are to the side of the home but the colors cast over the sky and reflect on the water, it is beautiful and great for family pics. The AC works great, beds are comfy, plenty of room to sit and relax. If you have bad knees it may be hard on them, the only way up and down is stairs but that is something I expected. My family really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back in the future. The host is also easy to contact and responds quickly.
