Super spacious great location

I have stayed at this property multiple times and it does not disappoint. It is very spacious and has a ton of amenities. Very convenience to Pensacola and Navarre Beaches. Lots of places to dine and shopping nearby. Love that it is pet friendly!!! Having an in-unit washer and dryer is a huge plus. Will definitely stay again.

Charming duplex with fantastic location

Bright and airy duplex with spacious bedrooms and loads of storage space. Easy access to Milton, Pensacola and Avalon Beach. Great yard for dogs to stretch their legs. Loads of outdoor space to relax and enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. Shopping and restaurants very close by and convenient.

This place was great. We had plenty of room, it was in a great location and the house was very clean and stocked with everything you would need. I highly suggest staying here. The owner was very responsive, but also respected our privacy.

Very clean, well stocked, and comfortable unit. My family and I enjoyed kayaking and fishing off the dock. Close to UWF, the bay, and Pensacola beaches. Definitely will stay again!

Great Property! Everything was as advertised!

We were in town for my daughter’s volleyball league, and throughly enjoyed our weekend. Although it was winter, I still caught a fish and we saw a Doe and a Buck feeding on the way into the property.

Perfect location!

The amount of house, amenities, and convenience we got staying here was matched by the value and kindness from the owner. The house is comfortable and in a great location. We didn’t have time for the outside activities offered at the home, but we did enjoy the deck and scenery. We will definitely stay here again if it’s available.

Perfect little spot that is not far from the beach…. The home was perfect for our family of 4. Krystal was quick with any questions we had. The location was awesome with a cute dock with water access and crabs. Husband wished he had brought his boat but maybe next time ;)

Home away from home

This was the first time my youngest got to go kayaking, we had so much fun staying in your home. I didn't hear any complaints the entire stay. All the kids enjoyed the dock,and watching the sunrise and set over the water. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We look forward to staying again here sometime in the summer.

Nice, quiet and affordable

Overall, the place was pretty good, there was a little bit of a mess left from the previous person that stayed there and a miscommunication with the cleaning staff but the manager took care of it ASAP. There are some updates to the property that are on the way (per the manager), so it should be even better next time we book it. I would go back again for sure.

Fun in the sun

Krystal’s write up of the house was spot on. The house was very well thought out. The house felt like a home not a rental. Children’s play area, family decor, helpful guide book. Easy access to the beaches or exploring the local area. Everyone in the area is super friendly and helpful. Any questions we had Krystal got back to us very quickly. Our family loved our vacation and would book again without hesitation.

We will be back!

I am giving this place a 5 however there is one little thing that I can suggest. The living room had no curtains for privacy at night. The home was very well stocked with household items and very comfy. We had the best time meeting our neighbors that were renting the other half of the duplex. Great family that we quickly became friends with and loved hearing their stories of the adventures of the day. Definitely a great week!

This property is absolutely AMAZING and PERFECT!! It was VERY spacious and GREAT VIBES!! My son, his girlfriend, and my 4 year old granddaughter came over to visit and they didn't want to leave either! This is a very relaxing and quiet area. The amenities were GREAT! The small putting green on the deck is a great twist! The availability of a washer and dryer was awesome.. The kitchen was perfect (especially for my girlfriend and my 4 yr old granddaughter to make homemade pizzas together). everything was completely spotless! This property felt like home away from home. I would DEFINITELY rent this location again! As a photographer, this is a great location!! THANK YOU SO MUCH to Krystal and her husband!!!

Family stay

We enjoyed the house and amenities, nice and cozy decor! The beds were comfy, showers were great, and kitchen well equiped, which made it nice to fix meals. Enjoyed the cozy living room and was nice to come back to a relaxing atmosphere. Enjoyed having a washer and dryer so we could clean and dry our wet clothes from the beach. The location was great! Quiet neighborhood and felt safe. Enjoyed having the fenced back yard for our dog to run around. We enjoyed going out on the kayaks that were provided. My kids enjoyed fishing and even caught some crabs which we released. It was fun and they really enjoyed it! Anytime I txted the owner, she was very quick to answer and very helpful with everything. We had no issues during our stay. Check-in and check-out were very easy. The only negative, which was not a deal breaker, was felt the kitchen could be cleaned a little better, we washed before we used because some items felt a little sticky. Probably from not being used often or because FL is so hot, not sure, but not a big deal for us. Overall, we felt everything was great/clean and we would stay again if it is available when we come back to the area. Thank you for a nice stay and experience! 5 stars from us!
