"There were know staff. It’s a do it yourself place. You get in using a lock. There’s a very nice small sitting are. You have to walk up a flight of steps. We had a room with a small sitting area. It’s meant to look old I think because floor boards are very old looking, and other aspects were dated. If you’re looking for something of old Stratford I think this would be good "

"Would definitely recommend! Charming and comfortable room. Nice touches like coffee and honour bar and locally sourced snacks. Bathroom was fully equipped down to qtips and a mini toothpaste. All the extra touches like a welcome note made it a place to return to. Restaurant and happy hour downstairs a plus. Apple Pie Sangria was a stand out."

"Room was clean. I greatful no “air freshener” like fabreez were used, HVAC system worked well and allowed good control over room climate. Hotel is older but has many updates. I enjoyed the warm lighting (2700-3000k) used in rooms, though I am not a fan of the 6000k lighting used on exterior. Sheets appeared not as clean as they could be. Towels where a bit thread bear. Misalignment of shower door caused it to stay open during showers. Fan sounded loud and failed to clear air in bathroom. Staff were helpful and freindly, but lacked training and perhaps a little too casual. Pool has a sauna which is great, but change rooms on pool deck were closed which would force patons to cool down in pool rather then having a cool shower after sessions in the sauna. Restaurant was closed, but there are lots of good breakfast option in vacinity of hotel. U-haul vans parked in front of lobby entrance not a good look, sends wrong message to public. There are options to park vans that still promote that sevice while not making the hotel look like a moving warehouse. All in all good place to stay, but a little effort still needed to bring it up to where it could be."

"I always enjoy staying at Staybridge Suites when traveling as their rooms are always bigger than the average hotel room and having a kitchen makes things so much easier. Our suite was very clean, well stocked, and well kept. Beds were comfy and noise levels were quiet during the nights. The breakfast was also excellent. Great variety and selection. Check in was very easy and the reception desk staff were very polite and tentative to all our questions. "
