"Nice vintage hotel. Very clean. Friendly staff. Less than 5 minutes walk from Avon and Studio theaters. Restaurant in hotel and many others within minutes walking distance. Tom Patterson and Festival Theater walkable distance in decent weather. "

"Though this is an older property it had ample parking, the rooms were large and well equipped, the beds were comfortable, the property and rooms were clean and the staff were both friendly and helpful. This is not the Ritz so if you are looking for high end, this isn't your property however if you are looking for a reasonably priced stay, this one a chance. (As other guests have mentioned, I would suggest bringing your own toilletries). "

"The breakfast accommodated any taste with lots of variety. From hot to cold,cereals breads, waffles fruit all anyone could want. The room was wonderful, clean, bed very comfortable. The staff always had a smile when passing them. I would very highly recommend Homewood Suites. See you next year. Thank you for a wonderful stay"
