"Hamilton is a beautiful little city. Lots to see and do. In terms of the Sheraton it is a great hotel, great staff, clean rooms and was a wonderful experience. The only issue is that the city itself is experiencing an opioid crisis and homelessness simply is everywhere. It hurts the overall experience. Sad. "

"The property was clean, but the staff were not friendly. There was a party going on in the courtyard until midnight, then the staff had to set up a wedding for the next day. Took them 2 hours dragging chairs across the floor. It was very noisy. "

"Room was very old and outdated. Bed is comfortable but room is quite old, washroom is old too. The room door required lots of strength to open and close it. Phone in the room didn’t work, fridge was placed outside of the cabinet on the floor, light in the closet was broken. "

"Great staycation from Toronto with kids but the surrounding areas leave little to be desired. Just stay in the hotel because it has everything you need and more. Great arcade, good food, trampoline park is amazing and live music at night. "

"I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and comfort of my room looking out onto the Detroit River. Parking was convenient and there was plenty to see and do all within walking distance from the hotel including nice places to eat. No complaints at all!"
