The service from the staff was great. But the rooms were quite dirty. The carpet and beds were dirty. One of the bathrooms in one of our rooms had leakage and water everywhere. Chose to leave within a few hours of having checked in.

Terrible customer service, no cleaning services AT ALL during my 7 day stay, no iron, no toiletries, had to empty my own trash daily, also bugs, 2 broken down ice machines and old cereal/bread for breakfast..no amenities listed were available

Beds were comfortable. Shower water pressure was super low, curtain had soap scum and mildew, possible black mold in the corner. Breakfast was almost nonexistent - and if we took any breakfast to our room, we were threatened with a "deduction from our deposit ($100)." Crumbs on the carpet. Desk clerk was either not a people person or having two bad days in a row. No "Do not disturb" sign for the door. Won't stay here again.

It was okay but carpeting was dirty and nasty turned my socks black just walking around in the room really nice king size bed comfortable but not sure???has monthly tenants living there with children which I totally understand and happy that the children have a safe place to sleep and live and I thank the owner for that and his compassion for the children and families who are in need of housing but the tenants look at this as there home and treat the guests that come here as if they’re trespassing or something like that so they disrespect them and ask them for handouts like cigarettes and such not cool over all I’m from the City and know a hustle or con before it gets underway that I will shut it down and let them move on but some people don’t have that kind of knowledge and get taken advantage of by theses people so beware and don’t be afraid to say something or say no to them if you stay here oh yeah the continental breakfast just a jug of milk in a cooler and dry cereal watered down juice is all it is!

It was supposed to be non smoking but the smell of marijuana was so strong that we could not stay another night because it was making my 83 yr old mother ill. No hot water toilet would not flush coffee pot but no coffee no hair dryer. I found little plastic pieces under my bed sheets. Not a pleasant stay. But your staff was very polite and tried to help. I do have photos but they will not upload.

I had a great stay! The hotel amenities were excellent—everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged.The bed was incredibly comfortable, with soft linens and supportive pillows that made for a restful night’s sleep. I left feeling refreshed and would absolutely stay here again!

Unclean sheets, unclean bathroom, dirty microwave, no house keeping services at all, lied about breakfast, I think people are living there, weed clouds on 2nd floor hallway, domestic violent couple, dirty walls and ceiling, OWNER needs to look into renovations for that building immediately, strange people attempting to enter the room due to Perplexity? Great price but this is a heist. Other than that, we made it out alive. Thank you

It is unfortunate that people have to live in hotels for stable shelter instead of secure and proper housing. This place provides housing which is amazing but the cleanliness and upkeep are not there.
