Welcome to the heart of Bay View! This lower unit is newly renovated to have a modern interior while still offering the history of a house built in 1895. It's located on a low-traffic street that offers ample parking and a backyard patio, perfect for enjoying a beer from one of the local breweries. This unit consists of two bedrooms, a full bath, a full kitchen and a large common area. Come stay with us and find out why Bay View is the best neighborhood in Milwaukee!
The space
This listing is for the lower unit of a duplex, and is conveniently located within a 10 minute drive from the airport, downtown Milwaukee, Fiserv Forum, Summerfest and American Family Field. The backyard deck is perfect for a morning coffee or afternoon drink. The living room has a smart TV and board games, as well as a reading nook. One bedroom has a queen bed, and the other bedroom has two twin beds - kid friendly. Both bedrooms have large closets. The modern kitchen has an electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and tea kettle. The newly renovated bathroom has all the amenities of a hotel bathroom. There is a washer and dryer along with everything you need to do laundry in the basement. High chair and pack n play available.
