"First room had broken AC unit so we switched. 2nd room had dusty drawers and still had toys left in them. Bed was not comfortable, no toiletries provided (shampoo etc). Just very bad overall "remodel". Paint splatters everywhere and they clearly didn't even try to paint within the lines."

"let me check in an hour early since her room was ready. but the conditioner was not filled in the shower so if not bringing your own toiletries need to check this out before you take your shower."

"Couldn't sleep in that beautiful room because the HVAC fan was roaring loud, and even after I figured how to set it lower, it stll rumbled a low frequency making it hard to sleep. I would have rather stayed at a cheap hotel and gotten some sleep vs.spent a night in an elegant room and stayed awake and tired the next day. Also, I couldn't figure out how to use the TV control. How about putting a manual of instruction in each room. And have additional blankets available."
