"The customer service was superb at this hotel. We were traveling with a younger volleyball team and the weather was unpredictable. The management and employees were incredibly accommodating, and we were treated so kindly throughout our stay. The facility was clean, offered a hot and good (choices) breakfast - and even adjusted their hours a little for our schedule. "The hotel is on the edge of the historic Brewer's Hill neighborhood which makes for a nice 15 minute walk down to the riverwalk. We found it easy to drive to the lake front and there was plenty of free public parking. The breakfast at the hotel was good too."
