Pleasant T3 house, all comforts, 300 m from beaches - Air conditioning & Wifi

  • Charming house, 2 bedrooms, ideal for 4 people (possibility of 6 beds maximum).
    Completely renovated, comfortable, with air conditioning and Wi-Fi Internet, 300 m from the beaches and quiet to spend pleasant moments with family or friends. Everything is accessible on foot (market, surf school, shops, casino, restaurants, entertainment, etc.).

    Composition of the house: fully equipped kitchen, 1 living room (with BZ), 2 bedrooms with double beds in 160 × 200 (one of the 2 beds can be separated to make 2 single beds 80x200), 1 bathroom with a large shower, separate WC.

    Equipment: Washing machine, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, induction hob, pyrolysis oven, microwave, flat screen TV, coffee makers (capsules + filter coffee), electric kettle, toaster, dishes, cutlery, table and iron iron, vacuum cleaner ...
    Outside: terrace + wooden garden table, parasol, barbecue / gas plancha.
