"The property is located in a very good and safe location. For grocery shopping you have to drive 15-20mins. You need a car here definitely. Not suitable for people who are over 65 or people with disabilities as there are some steps to climb."

The location of the building is also not very good because it's next to the golf course and we would here the workers mowing the lawn EVERYDAY!!! "Short walking distance (5-10mins) to plenty of bars and restaurants. This Studio is perfect for a stay in Ste Max. Very clean and well maintained. Good facilities including a washing machine and hair dryer. Would have loved to be able to hang up clothes but just had drawers and presses for storage. "Very good location and the apartment was lovely. The balcony overlooks one of the many canals in Port Grimaud and it was fantastic to sit and watch the luxury yachts and sailing vessels that were moored up along the canal. The square outside the apartment has several restaurants, a small supermarket and another little general store. The roads around Port Grimaud are very busy and I expect will be more so as the high season approaches. Overall we enjoyed our stay, the only negative was that...

"My husband and I couldn’t have been happier with the location. Right on the beach and a quick drive/15 min walk into town. The only negative would be the lack of WiFi, but it’s perfect if you’re looking to unplug! Our hosts were excellent too. Would definitely stay here again."

"The house was small but very practical, with fold-up beds and everything needed for 2 adults and 3 kids. The view from the balcony priceless and the location quiet but in the well served little holiday village. Nothing was missing in the kitchen and the house was clean. The owner answered very fast to all messages. Very recommended, especially for short stays."
