"My husband, son, and I had a great time staying at this location! We spent the first day at a beach which was only 20-30 minutes away from where we were staying. Then, we spent the day at the Kennedy Space Center which was a quick/easy drive from where we were staying once again. It was so nice to have a place to come back to that had a very clean pool and hot tub to relax in. Definitely would recommend for a family looking for a cozy place to stay, but still be close to popular Florida places."

"This place is a perfect getaway for 1-2 people, clean, quiet, well decorated, small, but with plenty of storage and large closet. The kitchen is small yet well equipped. Ideal to spend a short vacation. I loved it so much, I stayed there twice. Definitely recommend it. "

"Another wonderful stay at this property. This time we stayed in the Boho Nights apartment. Loved the vibes on the room. Way bigger than I expected and honestly if I could live there full time I would. Location is perfect for enjoying downtown Sanford. The backyard is enjoyable and I'm intrigued by the little rock lights. I cannot recommend this place enough. I believe in staying at another one of their properties in 2 months. You cant go wrong."

"Great spot close to downtown Sanford. By close I mean right around the corner. A funky and fun room. It was cold and there is no central AC or Heat, but there was a little space heater that quickly warmed the room, in fact I had to turn it off because it was so warm. I read about the bathroom sink and yes, it is weird. You will get wet so SLOWLY turn the water on. Yes the spiral staircase feels sketchy, but that was part of the fun of the space and we laughed so much about it. The only "issue"...

"The parking is close to building. The condo was very clean. It’s good for a family of 4. My contact with the host was good before my trip. There’s a cute little porch to sit in having morning coffee. My friend came with me as my husband couldn’t and I came for my daughter’s baby shower. I would stay there again if I needed to. Great place!"
