"From the moment we arrived, my wife and I were received by well trained and polite staff. The chech-in experience was seemless. We got a room upgrade. It is not my first stay at the Rosewood. I have stayed in both a standard room as well as junior suite. No complaints at all in either case. And the connection to the Galleria Mall allows for great fine dining choices and superb shopping. I will stay there again."

"Spotless hotel with staff that cannot do enough for you. Overall the food is well priced and very good. Second stay here, one of the pools has a lifeguard which is nice and shows the attention paid to the guests. All in all great experience."

"The5 x dining restaurants are very good , the Irish bar with live music and sky sports is great. The staff throughout are very helpful and friendly. I stayed in the Suite Room and it was very nice.. Not only were they incredibly well provisioned in amenities, but well integrated such that they were able to coordinate an individualized itinerary for me to experience AD in the short time I had there in the span of an afternoon (planning and coordination started in the early afternoon and was ready by the next morning, after confirming the details the night before).
