Clean room, good ontsen on top floor with view on Mt Fuji, great breakfast (unfortunately no gluten free bread or plant-based milks), very helpful staff at helping navigate public transport.

The room was very clean. The free shuttle bus service is excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Plenty to eat. Good trails to walk. A very good stay

Highland Resort Hotel & Spa
Resort was a perfect mix. One side had a grand view of Mt. Fuji, the other side looked out into the theme park (Fuji Q Highlands).
