"The rooms were very clean, and the staff was absolutely AMAZING, friendly, professional, and extremely accommodating throughout our stay. Unfortunately, I missed breakfast every morning because I overslept, so I can’t personally review the breakfast. 😊 One thing I truly appreciated was how accommodating the staff was on our final day. Due to a delay with my chauffeur, they were able to extend my stay by an additional two hours, which was incredibly helpful and made our departure much less stressful. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again if needed. A big thank you to the wonderful staff for their excellent hospitality!"

"The hotel had amazing views from the restaurant and the rooms. Breakfast was delicious and the individual flame grill for each guest was impressive. Please be aware that breakfast is traditional Japanese style and that dinner must be pre-booked, so no last minute pop-ins are possible. There’s also an interesting gift shop and a nice onsen available to guests. The laundry facilities are old, but in working order. The comfortable futon and comforter as well as the powerful aircon made for a great night’s sleep and a very nice stay."

"施設全体のお手入れがとても行き届いていました。お部屋も広々、清掃もバッチリでした。アメニティーも豊富ですし、ロビーでのコーヒーマシーンでの飲み物サービスもありとても良かったです。忙しい旅程だったので朝食付きにしました。和食、洋食が選べて（事前に）、こちらも大満足。一つ残念に思ったのは、ランドリーサービスがあるのですが、とても混んでおり、夜遅くまで待ったのですが、洗濯機に空きがなく、早朝に行った のですが、夜中にやりっぱなしで放置してるお客さんが洗濯機２台とも占領しており、フロントに言いましたが、自分達は関与できないとのこと。洗濯機使用時、個人でPINナンバーを決めて、洗濯機の開閉を行うため、開けられないとのこと。注意書きは書いてあるものの、実際、こういうお客さんがいるので、終わったらすぐに次の人が使用できるような工夫をホテル側にしてほしいです。"

"Location is unbeatable. Amenities are superior than most. Delicious breakfast. Greatly appreciated the washer and dryer access. Wi-Fi was not available in the room, which was a pain. And the room was extremely small. I had to use the smaller desk to open my suitcase."
