"Very nice facility, only thing if they can increase the laundry machine and improve the gym but overall 9.5/10 Its my 2nd time here and i booked again bec of the exp and proximity to the subway just literally under the hotel plus 5-10mins walk if u wanna go to the other subway Excellent!"

"Staying here we got room 1206 and it was huge. A nice corner room with ample space and free breakfast. The room was comfortable hard beds as we like it. The washroom was decent although the wash tub didn’t drain to well. Overall the stay was pleasant and centrally located. Enjoyed my two days there and will be back again. "

"The room is very clean and the staff are friendly and speak English and Japanese well. There is an airport shuttle to and from the airport. I want to note to arrive to the shuttle stop at least 10 minutes early. There is a convenience store called FamilyMart directly connected to the hotel which is nice for late night snacks. Besides that, the area is quite removed from the city of Osaka. There is an outlet mall nearby."

"I love the options inside the hotel. The spa is wonderful. The have body and facial massages options. Convenient store and restaurant . They have an amazing view from the top floor and a pool open during summer times. We walked to the hotel from the train station. I truly recommend it."
