"We were warned about noise past 10. However, every neighbor there has dogs barking all night long. It is a permanent residential neighborhood. So as a VRBO renter you get hated looks from the neighbors. The neighbor to the left of you is still under construction which works on his house throughout the night. The backyard is not private. "If you’re looking for privacy and wonderful views this property is ideal. Located in the stunning community of la punta it did not disappoint. An open style it has a great layout for entertaining and enjoying the pool. Owner was quick to respond and wonderful to deal with. Highly recommend place to stay"
