I don’t understand why they can’t take the time to fix loose faucets, clean stains off of the couch, repair holes on the bathroom walls, etc., when you’re paying that kind of price for a room. Woke up to a banging noise at 4:00am, that happened 3 more times, which we believe was from the hvac. Definitely not top of the list for a place to stay at Stateline. "

"This place was so convenient! It is across the street from the Heavenly Ski Resort tram, making it extremely easy for us to get up on the mountain. The staff was very kind and efficient in helping us get our ski gear in and out of our vehicle."

"Room was insanely dirty had cobwebs in the bathroom and a/c areas floor was so dirty had to put on my shoes on to walk around , staff was pretty nice , sheets were dirty just all around dirty. "

"Overbooked double queen rooms, then didn't offer anything to compensate for their mistake. Manager was rude and condescending when asked how we could make our situation work. He offered no solutions, other than to make my 17 year old athlete to sleep on the floor. Housekeeping didn't refill items requested, and when asked for those items waa told Housekeeping waa busy and i would need to get the items from the front desk. All amenities were under construction and had to walk to another casino to use their amenities yet waa charged a substantial "resort". Would NEVER stay at this hotel again!"
