Steps from the parking area lead up to the entrance porch which opens into the spacious lounge, to the rear of the room there are patio doors opening onto a private, sheltered courtyard. Though to the modern kitchen-dining area, double doors open onto a large terrace running along the side of the house, with outside seating and idyllic uninterrupted sea views towards Porlock Weir. The twin bedroom is located on the ground floor, this bedroom has an en-suite shower room (comprising walk-in shower, toilet and hand basin) and there there is a separate cloakroom (toilet with hand basin) on the ground floor also.
Stairs lead from the lounge up to the games area and the other bedrooms (two king-size double beds and bunk-beds) one bedroom has an en-suite shower room (walk-in shower, toilet and hand basin), plus a family bathroom, comprising bath with shower over, toilet and hand basin. Note, one of the double bedrooms is accessed via the bedroom with bunk-beds, hence this set-up works well for parents/children.
Up to two dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. A supplementary fee of £30 is payable per dog.
