The double bedroom has a double bed, dressing table and wardrobe. The fully fitted kitchen includes, fridge freezer, microwave and full size cooker. The bathroom has a full size bath with shower over and shower screen. The property is single storey but there are single steps between the bedroom and living room and the living room and the bathroom. There is electric convector heating throughout together with an electric woodburner style fire in the living room.
There is a lawned area in front of the cottage with outdoor table and chairs together with a laundry room, games room and putting green in the grounds.
