Cozy tiny home in the pines - 20 minutes from Canton and Lake Fork!

Enjoy a short drive to the Mineola Nature Preserve with paved walking trails, playground and covered pavilion. We are close to several beautiful lakes, historic downtown Mineola and Lindale (home of Miranda Lambert) or just stay home and enjoy front porch sitting to appreciate the stars and trees. We are about a 40 minute drive to Canton (home of the First Monday Trade Days) and about 6 miles from the Amtrak station in Mineola. Continental breakfast available upon request (for additional fee). Great tiny home stay!
A lovely spot, especially when you can enjoy the porch and fire pit outside. The space is not large but really well organized to fit all the things you need. No oven but a stove, microwave, fridge, and basic kitchen supplies - great for simple meals. Really easy to communicate with the hosts. A great stay, would recommend!

A little bit of country
The host made the check-in and check-out very easy, the property is very clean, we didn’t try the Internet, paved roads are present to the front of the property with a gravel pad with sidewalk at the property, there are six steps to the front porch of the property which are wide with supporting handrails, the host had cold water in the refrigerator upon our arrival, some snacks were also present, the tall pine trees at the property are very pretty, the host has done her best to anticipate needs of the guests, there are two split ac & heat units in the property which guests can set the temperature, the decor is very inviting and could easily be featured in a decor magazine. The property is about 6 miles from Mineola accessible by Highway 80.

Train did come through but was not an issue. AC is about as good as window units. I had to tack a towel over bathroom window as there was no shade on it or kitchen window. Otherwise, it was a nice place to stay.

Girl's weekend
Renee's property was just what myself, my Aunt and my 12 year old daughter needed after my mom passing Easter morning. The cabin was clean, stocked with extra linens and towels. We loved the decor. Would love to come back and stay again soon!
