"I ate at the restaurant and really enjoyed my meal. The bar was great. Shops nearby were very walkable. The room was very clean. The whole hotel was overall impressive. I will stay there again."

"Having previously requested a courtyard room, upon arrival it became apparent that rooms seemed to have been assigned first come first served. We were offered a two story suite at a considerable increase in price which we declined as we were only there for 3 nights. The room we were eventually given on the second floor was very tired but clean. The shutter blinds overlooking the party street had broken and missing slats making sleeping and dressing challenging. The staff were friendly enough but not very interactive. "

"3/4 of the elevators were not working for 75% of our visit (4 nights). Almost made us late to the event we were in town for and a complete mess. Hardly any support by the staff to help with this as well. "
