"always enjoy staying at the Westin, and this visit was no exception. The beautiful view and the comfortable bed made it easy to relax after a long day, which is one of the main reasons I continue to choose this hotel. Unfortunately, the housekeeping was well below my expectations this time. While the towels were replaced, I found hair on the floor, small toy debris left in the room, and the refrigerator was not in a clean condition. I believe the housekeeping team would benefit from more thorough training, especially regarding floor cleanliness and attention to detail. On a very positive note, the staff at the Club Lounge on the 11th floor were outstanding. Their friendly, professional service made the experience truly enjoyable and was one of the highlights of my stay. Overall, I had another pleasant stay, but improving housekeeping standards would make the experience much more consistent with the high quality I normally expect from the Westin."
