"Always the best motel for the money!! Never disappointed. Great Mexican restaurant 1/2 block away. Discounts on the restaurant & bar at hotel next door! Comfy, clean with nice smelling soap and shampoo"

Best Western Plus Burley Inn & Convention Center

10/10 Excellent

"Motel-style entry door opens to outdoors (not hallway). Room was clean, reasonably updated. Plenty of AC outlets (but no USB charging ports). Smallish refrigerator worked well. Excellent large TV - probably 55" with access to HDMI ports. Very nice free breakfast open 'til 9:30 weekdays with plenty of seating. The breakfast attendant was super attentive."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 stars! If you are driving through Idaho, I say skip Idaho falls and Twin Falls and instead stay in Heyburn! It's right in between the two towns so it's conveniently located, but, it's also more affordable. Not only that but this little Mom and Pop's motel went above and beyond far more so than any chain motel that I've been to in the last 3 years! I've been to motel 6, super 8 and Ramada quite frequently and I've never really been impressed. Beds are always old and uncomfortable. (REALLY uncomfortable in fact for Motel 6) A hotel I'll never stay at again. And motel 6 doesn't even offer accommodations beyond two bars of soap! This motel, she went above and beyond, sending me a welcome message before I even showed up. Then she greeted me kindly and professionally. They have great rates and the bed was so comfortable that I slept great for the first time on my trip! Not only that but everything in the rooms seems to be conveniently located. The TV in the corner so that you don't have to sharply turn your head to look at it in the center of the room. The nicely placed AC unit that actually cools off the entire room instead of just under the window. Honestly, if I go back through Idaho this is where we are staying again!"

"We had an overall decent experience with staying here. The two situational issues that arose from our stay. We were not able to use the kayaks as the listing promised. We were told on arrival that they were not currently registered so we were unable to use them. On our second night there was a screaming match happening in the home next door that is also owned by the property owners. The windows were wide open while they were having this massive argument, and it made enjoying the outside of the home awkward and uncomfortable while trying to enjoy the outdoors. We had no complaints about the home interior. It was clean and well kept up. Enjoyed our stay overall these were our two unfortunate aspects of our specific trip. "
