"This house is perfect! The host has thought of everything to make for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The kitchen is beautifully equipped and fun to cook in — and you are still part of the family activity. We were here over Christmas and the host was kind enough to put up a tree and other festive decorations. Having the streaming channels was fun — we watched lots of movies. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are really pretty. And it was wonderful to be able to bring our dogs with us. Having the dog park just a few miles away was a bonus! "

It is not insulated, but they do provide heaters and it did not get too cold in the night. Overall, we were comfortable and had no issues. Host was very response.
