Everything was excellent except my reservation was changed to a King Suite which was NOT ACCESSIBLE like what was shown on my reservation. This is the 3rd time it’s happened with no reason on their end. I was told it happens frequently with Expedia reservations. I will be using my Hilton rewards account from now on where I can. Very disappointed.

When booking, the staff found an adjacent room for our family. This was helpful because of small children. They were very responsive to our needs and requests. The room was clean. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. On our departure date was a surprise to find the buffet had opened early. We were able to grab a quick bite to eat before our Uber arrived.

Het is een gewoon, goed hotel. Niet spectaculair, niet heel speciaal, gewoon Amerikaans goed. Mijn kamer had 2 queensize bedden, en alles was in orde. Spijtig van het vloertapijt en het bad dat ook als douche dient. Het personeel is wel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

We stay at a lot of hotels, and this has been one of our top 5 stays. Even my kids kept raving on how great the hotel and the staff were. Upon arriving the gentlemen at the front desk gave us waters and knew with the amount of people we had we would need a few extra things. So he brought them to our room! He brought more than I asked for even. Every time we needed something the staff worked quickly to help. The room was spacious and clean, and we were so comfortable we didn't want to leave. We will be back!
