"This cabin is a must book sray for your Rocky Mountain Colorado stay. A beautiful scenic drive through Roosevelt National park to your tranquil cabin. The host is easy to reach, answers any questions or concerns in a quick and timely manner. The cabin has multiple provisions and amenities requiring little things to be brought or bought. If there items you still need, the cabin is close to Lyons market, or stop by Longmont for any extra needs and or wants. "

"This Rocky Mountain riverside retreat was spectacular! We have always dreamed of staying in an A frame house and this was the perfect choice for my wife and I. Thisbcabin was the perfect location with the St Vrain river in the back yard. The mountain view, the sound of the water, the beautiful view of the mountain behind the cabin were awe inspiring. We loved the steps down to the river and the platform to meditate and soak in the morning sun and mountain air. This is a quiet area with only the sounds of nature. We stayed 4 nights and didn't want to leave. It was exactly what we wanted and needed. The location is close to many of RMNP side access areas. The drive from the cabin to RMNP east entrance is glorious! This cabin was stocked with amenities from the fireplace which kept the entire place warm on the cool rainy nights we had, to the kitchen full of everything you need. The water is hot for showers, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and relaxing in the living room while playing guitar was so great! Communication with the host, Taylor and Tyler was easy and their response was fast! Their directions, explanations, and information was very detailed. We had no problems, but if we did, I am confident that they would have been on the spot to assist. Our only disappointment is that we didn't see a bear or a mountain lion. I'm sure I'm leaving out some other awesome things, but overall, 10 out of 5 stars for this gem! Thank you Taylor and Tyler for the stay!"

"The cabin was a great balance between a real and rustic cabin and a place with a bit luxury. It is beautifully decorated and has great amenities such as down comforters, fresh smelling soft linens and a milk frother. While there are other cabins near it, it feels isolated, and is nestled down by a river which is a magical sound to fall asleep by. It’s also located close enough to RMNP and yet far enough away from the chaos of Estes Park. The owners were very responsive, friendly, and addressed a slight issue immediately. I will definitely stay again!"

"We would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property. The listing is misleading. It advertises a pool and hot tub, but doesn’t mention they’re part of a shared common area, not the cabin. A grill is pictured, but there isn’t one. There’s no stove, and no WiFi despite being listed. We received no check-in information and arrived to find no heat or hot water—my husband had to re-light the furnace twice.Even worse, the cabin was filthy. There was mouse poop in multiple places, including the kitchen sink, as well as on the floors, which were grimy and clearly not cleaned prior to our arrival. The fireplace was full of ash, and overall cleanliness was unacceptable—especially given the 150 cleaning fee. With a toddler and infant in tow, it was concerning to have to worry about them being around rodent droppings.For the price, expecting heat, hot water, and a clean space is not unreasonable. Communication with the host was also poor. We ended up checking out early and staying elsewhere. Overall, this property was a major disappointment."
