    This charming beachfront home offers breathtaking views and is ideally located directly across from Minnie Water Main Beach, just a short stroll from the Minnie Water General Store. Perfect for swimming, fishing, and relaxing by the sea, its a true coastal escape.

    The home features a modern kitchen with granite countertops complemented by tile and wooden flooring throughout. The main bedroom includes its own toilet for added convenience.

    Outside, enjoy the BBQ area and spacious yard, which provides ample room for parking cars and boats, as well as plenty of space for the kids to play cricket. Both the front and side verandahs offer stunning beach and ocean views, making every moment outdoors a delight.
