This well-equipped double-storey brick home has everything you need for that long-awaited beach holiday. Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms and bathroom. There's also a spacious sleeping area downstairs, accessed via external stairs, with a shower and toilet and small kitchenett. Seaduced by Minnie is a generously sized property perfect for the whole family, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests.

* PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
- Linen is NOT supplied at this property. You will need bring your own linen including towels.
- We provide a basic starter pack, such as toilet paper, dishwashing tablet, etc, to cover your needs for a night or two. For longer stays, please bring additional supplies.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful, clean rental property. Conveniently located close to all amenities. Lots of room for guests and a well stocked kitchen. Would highly recommend this property.

We love Minnie Water!

Neat, clean and fantastic location. Great for families as it has a large area downstairs with a bathroom for the kids. We would stay again.

Our family stays here every year. The house is big and all our family come for our annual holiday. I am 59 years old and used to camp at Minnie Waters from age 14 so 45 years now. My husband comes from Sandon River. We love everything about this place. Now our children and grandchildren choose to stay in a house. This property is very economical for all of us. Rest and relaxing. My brother got the house two doors down.
