We felt so welcomed, and the value for the cost of the room was outstanding! The room was large, luxurious, and very comfortable. The full breakfast was sumptuous, and the pool and foodservice by the pool were fantastic. We enjoyed a sunset at the cocktail bar on the rooftop. And we loved the area - a quiet and very pleasant escape from the chaos of crowded Sorrento. The beach at the end of the street and the local restaurants completed our wonderful weekend experience. "We booked for five nights in Sorrento in one of the Sea View, King Bed rooms. The hotel was perfect for our stay and the room was excellent. We had a lovely balcony with a view of the sea and Mount Vesuvius. The staff were always friendly and helpful and the executive lounge was a nice touch. The hotel can easily be walked to from Sorrento train station. We also really enjoyed the gym, outdoor pool and padel courts. We highly recommend this hotel and were sad to leave. "

"Our stay at Parco dei Principi was absolutely incredible. The customer service was truly exceptional—every morning we were greeted by name, which made the experience feel so personal and warm. On our first night, we arrived late due to a traffic incident, and the staff went above and beyond by offering food and drinks from the bar even after the kitchen had closed. They also arranged all our taxi needs and, impressively, noticed us arriving via the security cameras and immediately came out with a cart to help with our luggage. Every detail of our stay exceeded our expectations. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sorrento."
