"The first room we were given was joined to a faulty and extremely noisy water pump, which kept us awake every hour during the first night. We had a wedding to go to the next day and obviously wanted to look our best, not tired pale and wizzened. Thankfully, we were moved to another room far enough away, to not hear the pump. "Dirty and hot as hell, I guess that is why the theme colour is red carpets (turning black). Staff will lie to your face to get you away from the desk. I was booked for two nights and decided to cancel the next night. The "lady" at the desk said no problem and took my email to send the receipt the next day. Of course that never happened. Just pay the 3.50 to park for 12 hrs and sleep in your car it will be far cleaner and safer."
