"Great hotel lovely breakfast and plenty to do nearby ,just make sure if you stay on a weekend that there isnt any events on in the rooftop bar above as ot was so loud until the early hours ."

"Check in was efficient and the welcome friendly. Room and bathroom were a good size and clean. Unfortunately I had to leave too early to try the breakfast. Hotel is only a short walk from Canterbury West train station and the Marlowe Theatre. The room that I stayed in overlooked North Lane and I would just say that if you're a light sleeper it might be a good idea to have earplugs in case the traffic noise bothers you. I'd happily stay here again."

"Room was clean, some paint peeling in the bathroom but didn't affect the use. Shower pressure could be better (2nd floor). Nice big room and gluten free options with breakfast buffet. Pool was good. "

"I stayed at Inn on the Lake and had a really good experience. The hotel is in a beautiful location next to the lake, which makes it very peaceful and relaxing. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. "The bathroom was starting to flood from the shower so i took out the plug to be greeted by a plug hole full of hair .which i cleaned out . please see attached picture. The breakfast was bacon that looked raw, Mushrooms that had been boiled to with an inch disintegration. When i complained didn't even get offered a refund Just i will let my manager know "
