"My Dad and I booked a once in a life time trip to India, once we arrived at the apartment at 1am there was no one there to check us in. Before travelling I was advised to contact the care taker who would let us in, i called and called (as well as reception) and no one answered Leading to us having to check in to an alternative hotel for the night. I am still fighting for a refund for the first night... I wouldnt call the apartments serviced, as it would only 'serviced' the first two days out of...

"The stay was for 1 night. The olace is nice and the staff is friendly. The property needs to be renuated and also the removes need to have mosquito repelents as too muxh of mosquitoes in the room. Stay is fine. Just need these few improvements."

"I was very disappointed about this property I have booked with two twin beds and they gave one bed apartment also I booked six months in advance so I should get twin bed apartment My son has to sleep on sofa for 8 nights. I did make sure with Expedia and they said yes you will get twin bed, also they gave me different apartment which I haven't booked"

"25 minute walk from Bandra/Khar sights and the same time to the International terminal (250 rupees). The staff very friendly and accommodating. Giving assistance and help as and when required. The room and hotel could have been a lot cleaner. It really requires a deep clean. Although it doesn't smell. The hotel served its purpose. "Owner said there is no communication from Expedia to the property about booking. My guests were standing outside the gate for quite sometime. The caretaker was away from the property and took around 1:30 hrs to reach the property."

"I have always enjoyed my stay at Theory9, however, this time there were extremely noisy guests living on the same floor who didn't sleep till 2am, cooked a full meal in the kitchenette, left the dishes unwashed and unusable for the other guests on the floor. The staff saw this but didn't say anything to them. There was one night where they came back to the room at 1:30am and wouldn't talk softly at all. That woke me up and I couldn't fall back asleep. Just a terrible experience overall."
