"Nice room good breakfast "

"We were flying from Israel to the USA and had a lay over in Madrid for 13.5 hours. I reserved our room and it was perfect! Walkable, located at the airport, we had a hot shower and nice bed. They also have a nice breakfast in the morning. You do have to go thru passport control but for US citizens it is easy. Take the tram to T4 and it’s located there. Reserve earlier cause they book up fast! "

"The hotel was super nice, staff was friendly and helpful at all times. The prices of restaurant and room service were convenient and breakfast buffet was very good. The room was spacious and the bathroom was top. The rain shower was perfect! The only thing I didn’t love was the pillows and mattress was ok, could be better for a 4 star hotel. Loved the decor and style"

"Close to Metro and train stations. Easy to access from the airport. The room has good space, clran and comfortable beds. There are everything i needed like securety box, fridge and bathtub. All staff were very helpful. Huge choices of breakfast. Supermarket within 5 mins. Gym facility was limited but it was enough for us to use while in a bust holiday. Outside swimming pool was not opened yet. I would chose this hotel again when I comd tk Madrid agsin. "

"We arrived at the hotel about 10 am, exhausted from a flight from the United States. We were immediately given our room, no reminding us that check in is at 2:00 pm, as it admittedly is. We were ready to pay extra for early check in because we were so tired but it never got to that point. SO GRATEFUL! Also, I forgot to print our train tickets before we left home. I was able to print them at the hotel at no charge. Breakfast buffet was plentiful. Loved everything about this place. ❤️"
