Beautiful property with amazing access right to the beach! Plenty of space for our group of 6, and great property amenities with the pool access. Kathy was very easy to communicate with and did a great job of answering our couple questions. Would absolutely stay here again!

The Best Yet

Stayed in Destin for years, and this is the best accommodation we have ever had. Great location, great view, great house in a very nice gated neighborhood. You can’t do better, and the rental agencies treats you like a friend.

Great Family Stay, Perfect spot along Scenic 98

Located in a quiet neighborhood close to beach and in a fantastic location in Miramar Beach. Entry into the gated community and check-in process to house was easy. Communications with Kathy the property manager was great. She was very responsive and very helpful. Short walk to beach. Family enjoyed our stay and recommend this proper for a family vacation.

Always love staying at the Sand n Sea. Kathy is wonderful to work with. Only downfall that we find with this rental is living room furniture is very uncomfortable and if you have more than 4 people you are out of luck for seating. Everything else is to our liking.

We stayed and Sand and Sea cottage August 10-17th. We very much enjoyed the cottage. It had everything we could possibly need. The cottage was clean and everything was in good working order. The location is perfect, only a short walk to the lovely white beaches, just across from the pool, and a short walk to the trash disposal. My grandaughters especially enjoyed the kids bunk room. This room worked so much better for us than the bunks in the hallway at some facilities. They had their own little room with plenty of space for all their things. The cottage. provided enough laundry detergent, dish washer soap , and toilet paper for a few days, so there was no immediate rush to get to the store. The lower level was open concept and provided plenty of room for our party of 7. I really enjoyed the large kitchen area. My husband and I also appreciated the upstars master with a covered porch area to relax in the afternoon, we could see the ocean and just relax. We will be back next year for sure and would love to stay in this great cottage again. The only part we regretted was leaving in the pouring rain on Saturday morning. It was really hard to get the cars packed without leaving behind more of a mess on the floors than I would have liked. I would recommend this cottage and Mike and Kathy to anyone vacationing in Destin. If you have children in your group you must go to Baytown at Sandestin...my girls 4 and 7 loved it. The best restaurant that we went to was Stinky's Fish Camp. The name sounds funny but the food was great. We went 2 times and thought about going back a third time. Loved the Crab Trap, Captain Daves's and Aj"s. We also went to The back porch but it was not as good as years past. My husband played golf at Baytown and enjoyed it. He had a second tee time at the same course but got rained out. If you have golfers in your group go to a web site called Golfnow.com and it will list discounted rates at nearby course and accept reservations for tee times. This was one of our best vacations in Destin!!

This visit we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the house upon arrival. Did not have the fresh & clean smell. The floor in front of fridge had a big sticky spot. Inside fridge there were red & yellow spills. The towels and sheets in downstairs bedroom were very hairy. We’re just letting you know because this is not the standard we have come to expect. Sometimes people get lack in their duties & wanted to let you know.

Fun in the Sun!!

Really enjoyed our stay at Sand n Sea cottage. The inside was very nice and well kept. Highly recommend this property. Will definitely add it to my list of places to stay again next time I return to Destin area.

The location of the home is fantastic, short walk to beach. The unit was clean and well stocked. We have stayed in this unit before and would do so again. Some of the family room furniture was updated which was needed. However, the kitchen barstools are unstable and also need replacement. Overall, great stay and fun vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sand n Sea. The location was perfect and the houses were all so nice. Pleasantly surprised by the community pool-held a lot of people but never felt crowded. I’d definitely go back!

This is our second vacation to this property. The view of the beach is beautiful from the balcony! It is just a short walk to the beach and pool. The house is very nice and spacious too.

Wonderful house, property, pool, and close to the beach!

We had a great time with our 6 kids- ages 5 up to 16! It was a big house and the perfect size for our family. The property was in a fantastic location in Miramar Beach and was close to shops, restaurants, etc. The kids loved the heated pool and it was steps from the house. We could see the beach from the front porch and the second story porch too. The beach was a short walk from the house which was great as well. Not to mention the beach access gate for the property was a major plus in addition to the beach umbrella and two chairs that were set up daily for us (it was included in the stay of the house)! All we had to do was go down to the beach and reserve our spot each day. A nice gentleman was walking around with a clipboard. Overall a wonderful stay and experience! We will definitely be back!
