Highly recommend this unit. It was very clean, and had everything as presented. Owner/manager communicated very well. Have been coming to Sandestin area for 25 years, this was one of the nicest units we’ve stayed in to date.

The property was perfect for my wife and I to relax but also be in an easy access area for some good food and entertainment. Having the beach a golf cart ride away as well as many golf courses within a 5 minute cart ride was fantastic. Dave was easy to work with and Cary communicative going into and during our stay. Definitely will be back.

The condo was amazing. We were right in the middle of tge shops and restaurants. It had a beautiful pool area. We rented the golf cart that came with the condo and it was so convenient to ride to the beach or up to the Grand for shopping. We Loved it..

We LOVED the golf cart and being able to ride around to different parts of the property. The best Mother’s Day gift I have ever received was a week in the sun with our babies at this beautiful condo! Thanks for the wonderful week of memories made, everything exceeded our expectations. Nice place, golf cart is handy. Had a good time - you will be micro-managed through your stay (expect some over communication) and make sure you follow the many, many rules. Some people are OK with that, I found it a bit overbearing but that is just me. Aside from that it is hard to go wrong staying in Baytowne and this unit is nicely appointed and convenient to all the stuff around. Would stay again.

My family and I loved staying here. The convenience to the village and all it has to offer can’t be beat. The owner was in contact to make sure everything was going as it should and was also super organized with helpful hints for things to do. We also opted in for the golf cart and it’s definitely a game changer and so glad we rented it with the condo. We will definitely be back! :)
